At Highbury Theatre in Sutton Coldfield, Lane Roofing were appointed to strip & renew the main slate roof along with the flat felt roof around the perimeter. In completing both elements of the works, an enhanced water tight seal was achieved between the roof constructions. Many clients commend our abilities to complete multi-disciplined roofing assignments, as Lane Roofing are equipped with the knowledge to carry out all aspects of flat and pitched roofing on commercial and industrial scales. On this specific project, the perimeter details were complex and multifaceted, which deterred a lot of our competitors from the scheme as they were unsure how to overcome these particulars. New Eternit man-made slates were utilised on the pitched roof, giving the Theatre a fresh and contemporary finish.
We worked with Steve Bowyer & Highbury Theatre very closely on this project. Site meetings along with email and telephone correspondence were evident throughout the scheme. A designated Lane Roofing Contracts Manager spearheaded the project and acted as a direct point of contact for any client queries or communication needs. Lane Roofing prefer to work meticulously with our clients, throughout the project lifecycle – from the very beginning of our roofing projects right through to the very end. From experience, this is the best way to ensure that all aspects of the roof are finished to the superior standards that our clients both deserve and expect. We work closely with every client, harbouring excellent relationships to complete a project as efficiently and as cost effectively as strictly possible, often without disrupting production (an area in which our refurbishment works are particularly specialist).
