Lane Flow Gutter Liners

Lane Flow Gutter Liner is manufactured using high quality Powder Coated steel liner bonded with EPDM membrane. The gutter liner can eliminate many problems due to being installed into the existing gutter, consequently causing no disruption and maintaining the existing gutter capacity.


Lane Flow Gutter Liner System is a cost effective and a lightweight alternative as it eliminates the need to remove or modify the existing sheeting. Expansion and contraction is accommodated using the system expansion joint, however due to the double sealed joint on initial application ultimately provides an joint free rubber membrane lining. The profile is designed to suit each individual gutter length and can be cut to size required. Lane Roofing Contractors Limited will undertake complete installation.

Lane Roofing can carry out annual roof and gutter maintenance to the whole of your site and lessen the risk of you having problems with your roof over its life span.

You may be aware, that ongoing roof maintenance is important to property owners however many ignore this at the cost and due to this the roof details such as gutters decay through neglect therefore downpipes become blocked causing overflow problems. We suggest that simple regular planned maintenance along the lines of gutter cleaning will prevent this occurrence. We can undertake an annual or bi-annual valley gutter clean including a maintenance report issued to you reporting our finding and recommendations.

To carry out roof maintenance to the whole of the site, this will include cleaning out the gutters and the removal of debris. A general inspection of the roof area and any noticeable loose, filler blocks, flashing, closures or fixings to be re fixed or make temporary repair where required.

An inspection will also be carried out to the skylights and repairs or holes with super roof cement or flashing.

To clean the entire gutter back to vents collars and pipes and check all seals. Observations will also be recorded on the current state and condition of the roof and any item that may need attention in the near future.

We have a drone survey capability – the video below is typical of the footage we produce for clients. After a drone survey has been carried out, clients generally want a roof report on the condition of their roofs with recommendations where required.

I just like to say a big thank to you and your roofing team, especially David Hines in finding all of the lightning conductor points on the East block roof.  David worked continually in the rain to identify all of the lightning conductors on the East block roof. (This was not an easy task). I engaged the services of Lane Roofing in 2017 to carry out major roof works at our Kings Heath self storage centre.

I mate Gary Lane on site to discuss the skinny over the old existing asbestos roof as I believed the possibility of replacing the roof in its entirety, due to the nature of the material and that we were a functioning self-storage comany with the existing customers storing their valuable items below, would not be a possibility.

Gary explained in great detail that actually, stripping the old roof and replacing the it with new was very much a possibility and that Lane Roofing had carried out these types of works many times and in much more sensitive industries than ours.

Options and advice were given for the best materials to suit our installation. Pre-works risk assessments and method statements were carried out. This was of a particular concern to us due to the hazard potential of the materials being removed and risk of contamination. It was very reassuring that air sampling and testing was done throughout the works.

All work was complete within the agreed time schedule. The installation team were extremely professional, considerate and carried out the works to a very high standard. The insatallation team were well supported by their own operations management team. Space Station staff and management formed a very close working relationship with the Lane Roofing team throughout the works. I would not hesitate to recommend Lane Roofing, I very glad we did.
